Just wanted to let you know about the good work done by Mr. Antony Suresh from Carnation, Bangalore (Marathahalli branch).
I own a Hyundai Getz, brought in 2008. My car met with an accident last year and later, had left it for repair in Hyundai service center. After repair, I observed that the vehicle had drag towards left side. I again quoted this issue and left it for service at two different Hyundai centers – but they failed to rectify the problem.
Luckily, one of my friend suggested carnation. I went to carnation (Marathahalli branch, Bangalore) and met Mr. Suresh Antony. He was prompt in telling me that he will make his best effort to rectify this, but was not sure if he can solve it completely.
After about two days, he did “find” out the issue for the drag and had done his best – but was again prompt enough to say that he has not been able to 100% rectify it. But, when I test drove my car, I found it to be almost fine as earlier, almost zero dragging – which was unexpected.
I want to really appreciate the work of Mr. Antony Suresh and his team (I am not aware who works under him) for taking care of my car as their personal car – “find”ing the problem and rectifying it. – And, the price – I expected the bill to run in thousands, but to my pleasant surprise, the bill was a little more than 500 – yes – Five hundred only.
So, am very happy to tell you that from now on, I’ll continue to leave my car for service with carnation and WILL RECOMMEND CARNATION TO ALL MY FRIENDS/RELATIVES.

I had recently given my Maruti 800 for service (Regn. # KL-7-AU-9991) at your Kochi branch and am delighted with the experience I had. Thought I should inform you about this.
The said car is quite old (2001 model) and was doing good till I switched the workshop. Earlier I used to get it serviced at Indus Motors, Kochi and things were going ok. I really don't know why I decided to give the car to Popular Motors, Kochi for service but ever after I have been only informed about the various complaints in the car and have been paying hefty bills. End of the day the car would work fine for two days and then it would be back to square one.
This time I decided to give my car to Carnation, Kochi and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Though the bill was on the higher side, the condition of the car has gone back to how it was in 2003-04. It runs really smooth. At the end of the day I realized how Popular Motors took me for a ride for the last couple of services. Mr. Perumal personally evaluated the car and told me the issues. What took me by shock was that these complaints were earlier reported by Popular Motors and had claimed that they had fixed the same. But looks like only Carnation fixed these issues and Popular never fixed them and just billed me for the same. Two things were pleasant surprises:
- Popular Motors had said the entire air-conditioning unit had to be replaced for the air-conditioner to work. But after I got the car back from Carnation, it just works and I am sure no major replacements were made for this.
- There was a dent in one of the doors - your team did a dry-denting making the dent almost invisible.
Lastly the team working on the car could not deliver the car on Saturday as promised but did work on a weekend to ensure it was delivered on the first half of the Sunday.
Really appreciate the work done by Perumal and his team and appreciate your work on identifying such a gem like Perumal - he means business.

Myself Sandesh Naik having Esteem car (KA04N 3411) had given for service at your N S Palya Banneraghatta road branch.One of my colleague has introduced Mr. Vasu over phone & finally met him then given my vehicle to service. On the way to Carnation alternator belt was broken, immediately with the help of Mr. Prasanna based on Mr. Vasu's recommendation we could recharge our battery came to final destination.I am very much thankful to the entire team who really worked hard to repair my old vehicle. Basically I am Mechanical Post graduate (M-Tech Machine Design) working for Aviation Industry since from 9 yrs.I can understand some basic principles of Automotive Industry. same thing was intimated by Mr. Vasu by telecon. This gives me that you people are going in a very professional way it was much needed in our present situation. Also I had offered money to Mr. Vasu but he is denied. For me it was surprise and I could understand from this you have maintained transparency in your organization.
