Power Code

The intent is to reach & satisfy every Customer immediately in case we have not been able to completely meet his / her expectations. Customer gets a 5 Digit secret code (Power Code) on his mobile through an SMS. At the time of Billing, the Customer Advisor requests the Customer to share the Power Code if he / she completely satisfied with our Services. The objective of Power Code is to:

• Empower the Customer, emphasis on instant resolution & rectification.
• Ensure Customer Advisor accords undiluted attention to the customer at all times.
