I’ve taken delivery of Honda City ZX Vtec MH05 AJ 1727 on 20th Dec 2010 at @ 8.30pm. Very next day I took car to my office. There everybody was surprised to see this pre-owned car because it looks like new only. People has taken test drive & enquired about source etc. most of the people concluded there statements with “ it is value for money a good deal”. The quality of job work done & attentiveness of your team members is appreciable, mainly of Mr. Jaafar & his assistant, Mr.Uttam & Mr. Milind Patil. I also impressed with the quality of Denting Painting workmanship. I want to give feedback that some enhancement of facilities like “Tyre Assembly Unit” which is essential part of setup, you should have, with which lot of time can be saved to carry out such jobs. I congratulate you for having such a team of peoples who are polite & committed towards quality.

I got my first car 1 week ago . I got my ford Ikon from carnation .I should say it was a pleasant experience. So, thought of writing this note as a token of appreciation to them.I always thought buying a used car was a painful experience from what i had heard from people. it will kill the excitement of buying a used car.. Multiple visits to the used car showroom.. mostly all of them are unorganized got to scout for best deals. Overall, though my manager and me were impressed in our dealing with Carnation; as whatever you said was transparent, accurate and could beverified. But, i should say, my buying experience with Carnation has been great and i would not hesitate recommending any one looking to buy a used car to carnation.

I have been to two CARNATION centres Chandigarh and Sector 5 Noida and believe me I was amazed. Both places unbelievable I couldnt stop myself and even asked one of the guys how you can be so courteous and concerned. People are extremely polite. Service excellent. Now I have shared my experience with my friends and colleagues and soon they all would be going to Carnation. all marutis Hyuidais Hondas and Mercs would go to CARNATION. we should encourage and extend corporate relationship program that would help you also grow at great pace.

I would like to share my experience with your dedicated work force. Last week I had taken my car for service and on my emergency request -To my surprise- the carnation employees at cochin worked late and handed over the car at 11PM. In other words, I use to periodically service my vehicle, with the authorised service centres ever since from then. A couple of days before I serviced my car at your Chennai Carnation, and had noted with delight that one of your staff member Mr.kotheswara Rao's integrity,involvement,commitment, towards his work is simply irresistible,fantastic, and marvellous. I had seen in him the relationship with the customers,motivating power with his sub-ordinates, his company's interest, and service of the vehicle are far above excellent. The fact remains is that Mr.Rao at your chennai carnation is currently working at peak efficiency which in-turn made me to speak to my like minded friends over here to leave their vehicles too, for service at your carnation which they had agreed for. I had given my vehicle for service and repairs, and the assessment of problem and options provided were far better as compared to company owned service centers. I am Narendra, I gave my vehicle for servicing at Marathalli Carnation just a week back. My vehicle number is "KA-01-MB-5451". Mr. Aslam was my service adviser and had provided excellent coordination in identifying various issues and even suggesting the required solution at a very reasonable cost. For past 55000 Kms I had been doing servicing at TataMotors (Dairy Circle, Bangalore), I had reported Cold Start problem multiple time there BUT it never got resolved. I was surprised to note that Mr. Aslam was very effective and successful in resolving this Cold Start problem. The support and coordination provided by Suresh, Nagaraj (and others I don’t know their names) during diagnosis of the root cause at all the problems reported was pretty amazing. Above all the transparency and explanation provided by Aslam and team is just fantastic. Do please consider my feedback to Mr Aslam, Suresh, Nagaraj and team. It was great job excellently accomplished by each one of these guys…. I will personally drop down at your office sometime this week to convey my thanks for all the services that you had facilitated.
